Northpoint Disability currently supports participants seeking Supported Independent Living (SIL) and can assist with finding suitable living arrangements and compatible co-tenants across Victoria and Queensland. Our team is focused on delivering flexible, participant-centered support that gives individuals greater choice, independence, and stability in their living environment.
Our SIL homes are thoughtfully designed for 1 to 4 residents, creating a comfortable and supportive atmosphere while ensuring access to 24/7 care, including Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) when required. Each home also includes dedicated space for support staff or nurses to provide ongoing assistance and peace of mind.
Please Note: Northpoint Disability provides SIL support services but does not own or directly provide SDA properties.

Northpoint Disability provides 24/7 on-site and on-call support to ensure participants always have access to the care they need. Our experienced Registered Nurses work closely with our accommodation and support teams to deliver coordinated, person-centered care at every stage. From the initial transition into Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes through ongoing daily support, we focus on creating a safe, smooth, and supportive living experience.
