Celebrated

A world where every person with disability lives with dignity, independence and genuine belonging.

We envision an Australia where people with disability are empowered to make meaningful choices about how they live, where they live and who supports them. NorthPoint exists to make this vision a daily reality.

To deliver exceptional, person-centred disability services that build capacity and create lasting positive outcomes.

We invest in our people, maintain the highest standards, embrace innovation and place participants at the centre of every decision we make.

Our Story

Built on experience, driven by purpose

NorthPoint was founded by a team of experienced disability professionals who saw the need for a provider that genuinely puts participants first. With decades of combined experience across SIL, ILO, community support and allied health, our founders built NorthPoint on the principle that every person deserves support tailored to their unique needs.

Today we operate across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, supporting over 500 participants through single-storey SIL homes, innovative ILO arrangements, personalised core supports and a full allied health team.
